Whole Wheat Mac N Cheese
8 oz whole wheat pasta shells
2 c 1% cottage cheese
1/4 tsp dry mustard
2/3 c Kraft's sharp cheddar flavor American cheese food, grated
1/3 c evaporated skim milk
3/4 c whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tbs parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp pepper
Preheat oven 350° Spray 2 qt casserole w. Pam. Puree cottage cheese. Slowly add cheese food & mustard. Blend until smooth. Set aside. Cook pasta. Toss w. cheese. Add milk. Pour in dish. Mix parm. cheese w. crumbs. Sprinkle on top Bake 20-25 min.
