1 lb hot Italian sausage
1 lb ground round
2 sm cans tomato paste
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
Onion powder and garlic powder
1 egg
1/2 c bread crumbs
3 tbs parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic
olive oil
Sauté garlic in oil until golden. Discard garlic. Brown 3" sausage in oil (15 min) Add all sauce and paste, plus 2 8 oz cans water, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders. Cook over med. heat. Mix round, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, s&p, garlic and onion powders, plus 4 tbs of sauce. Mix and form meatballs and drop gently into sauce so they are covered. Cook over low heat 45 min.
