Hamburger Casserole (crockpot)

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 3 med. onions sliced
2 large potatoes, sliced 2 stalks celery sliced
2-3 medium carrots, sliced 10 1/2 oz cr. of mushroom
8 oz. peas, drained soup, undiluted
Brown beer, lightly. Place layers of vegetables, in order given in pot. Season in layers with salt and pepper. Put beef on top of celery. Add soup. Cover and cook low 6 to 8 hours.
