Crust:
4 Tablespoons margarine
4 Tablespoons Sugar
1 cup of Flour
1 egg
1/2 Tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
Press in pan - bottom and sides
Filling:
3/4 lb. cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 heaping tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon van.
1 tablespoon lemon juice or fraction more
1 cup of milk
Use deep dish 9" tin, put crust all way to top. Only 1 c. milk
Cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and all other ingredients except milk. Beat fast speed 5 minutes, then on slow speed 5 minutes. Add milk and beat until smooth.
Bake 1 hour at 300°
